They are focusing on the needs of an orphanage in one of the poorest parts of Baja: East Tijuana. “Unidos Por Siempre” orphanage presently has 33 orphans. In addition\, the government of Mexico has informed Lightshine that it will authorize an additional seven (7) children for placement at this facility. Lightshine continues to team up with individuals and groups seeking to improve the lives of orphans\, enhancing facilities and training the caregivers. \nSoon there will be 40 children at Unidos Por Siempre!
